Refund and Cancellation Policy

The RuePixel logo kit is a digital product generated and delivered after checkout. No physical shipment is involved.

Because delivery can begin immediately after payment, cancellation after successful download may be limited by applicable digital-content rules.

Contact hello@ruepixel.com if you were charged twice, checkout failed, the download did not unlock, files are missing, or you believe the payment was made by mistake.

Include the payment reference, checkout date, and the email address you used with the payment method if available.

Eligible refund requests are reviewed case by case. Duplicate charges, failed delivery, or technical inability to access the paid kit will be prioritized.

Support replies are targeted within two business days. Approved refunds are returned through the original Mollie payment method where possible.
